2011 news from HWAM
In the autumn of 2011, HWAM will be introducing the new elliptical 3100 series, the cubic HWAM F 30/55s and two new additions to the HWAM 3600 series, as well as a new door in the HWAM 3400 and HWAM 3500 series, which goes under the names HWAM 3400c and HWAM 3500c.
HWAM 3100 / HWAM 3100c
This series comes in two sizes: the low HWAM 3110, which can be hung on the wall and the somewhat taller, free-standing HWAM 3120. The HWAM 3100 series is equipped with a side-hinged door, whose curved glass pane will allow the fire to be enjoyed from many different angles in the room. The door is available in a modern all-glass version (HWAM 3100) and a more classic version with a steel frame around the large glass pane (HWAM 3100c).
Available in black and grey, this series comes with an optional soapstone top.
HWAM F 30/55s
With clear reference to the flat screen-like inserts of the I30 series, the design duo Strand + Hvass has designed the cubic stove, HWAM F 30/55s. The square and rigid expression has been softened with the aid of rounded corners. The stove comes with a side-hinged door behind which is a large combustion chamber with ample room for large pieces of firewood.
HWAM 3600
The HWAM 3600 series has expanded to include two new models: HWAM 3640 and 3660, the former of which is a variation of HWAM 3630 with the same height and form but without the side glass. Like the other models in the series, HWAM 3640 has a ventilated handle and a locking device that ensure easy operation of the door.
HWAM 3660 is a variation of HWAM 3650 with the same height and form, but without the side glass. HWAM 3660 is a tall and impressive stove revealing a room under the combustion chamber and a heat storage compartment at the top. Fill the heat storage compartment with stone, and some of the heat will be stored and given off little by little over several hours.
HWAM 3400c and HWAM 3500c
As something new, the HWAM 3400 and HWAM 3500 series come with an optional cast iron door, which goes under the names HWAM 3400c and HWAM 3500c.
