Personal data is never passed on to a third party unless you have given your express consent, and we only collect personal data that you have passed on to us when you registered your product or took part in a survey, etc. Such information includes your name, address, postal code, e-mail address, gender, age, hobbies, attitudes and knowledge about different topics.

If you want access to your personal data registered with HWAM A/S, please send an e-mail to email@example.com or call 86 92 18 33. Use the same e-mail address or phone number if the registered information is incorrect or if you have any other objections. You can get access to which personal data is registered with HWAM A/S, and you may object to any registration in accordance with the stipulations of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
Protection of personal data
According to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, all your personal data must be stored safely and confidentially. We save your personal data on computers with limited access and located in monitored facilities, and our security measures are checked on an ongoing basis to ensure safe handling of our user data under due consideration of your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% safety in connection with data transmission via the Internet. Therefore, others may gain unauthorised access to data when this data is sent and stored electronically. When you submit your personal data, it is at your own risk.
Personal data is deleted or anonymised on a regular basis and when the purpose for which it was collected no longer exists. Personal data is stored for no more than 12 months after its use.
The rapid development of the Internet may require changes to the way we process personal data. We reserve the right to update and change the current guidelines for how to process personal data, and the date for the latest update will appear at the bottom of the page. Any significant changes will be officially announced on our websites.
If your personal data is being processed, you are entitled to obtain information about which of the processed data can be directly related to you, c.f. the stipulations of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. If it turns out that this data is incorrect or misleading, you can demand that the information should be corrected, deleted or blocked. You can at all times object to the processing of your personal data. Likewise, you can always withdraw your consent. Last but not least, you can complain about the processing of your personal data. Your complaint should be addressed to the Danish Data Protection Agency, c.f. the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, section 58, subsection 1.
