The staff

Being a high-tech production company, HWAM mainly employs production staff and to a lesser degree salaried employees.

LEAN principles have been incorporated in most of the organisation, the individual employees being involved in and responsible for improvements at their individual work stations and in teams across the organisation.

Competence development of employees takes place on an ongoing basis; the production mostly during the low season in the spring and the salaried employees throughout the year.
